Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Using Seekly

Seekly is a search service that helps users find information in connected services such as Gmail and Google Drive. You may use Seekly only with accounts and information you are authorised to access.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity performed through it. You must not use Seekly to access another person's data without permission or for unlawful purposes.

Google integrations

Google integrations use permissions you grant through Google's consent flow. Seekly requests read-only Gmail and Drive access for search functionality. You may revoke that access through your Google Account.

Service availability

Seekly may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, abuse connected APIs, or use Seekly to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seekly is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Seekly is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of generated search results; users should verify important information against the linked source material.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
